More Sneak Peaks
Posted on November 12, 2008
What a busy season this has been!! Fall has definitely been rivaling Spring as the most popular time for photos! I wanted to let you know that I’m leaving early in the morning for a much needed long weekend out of town with my mom. We are heading down to San Antonio, Texas to visit our family and one of my best friends who moved to Dallas a couple of years ago. I can’t wait - it is going to be so warm and pretty there! I didn’t want to leave without posting a few more sneak peaks that you all can look forward to when I get back and things settle down a bit.

Sneak Attack!

As much as I can’t wait to give each of the following sessions their featured post in the near future, I have no other choice but to resort to giving you sneak peaks for now. Blogging is probably my favorite part of the post-processing, however I have to make myself get everything else done first. Lately I have just not had enough time to catch up with my ever growing to-do list. Not that I’m complaining, but all the time usually reserved for editing has been taken up with shoots, meetings, and order fulfillment. I never imagined October would be this busy. To all of my clients who are waiting for their blog post, I promise it is coming and I thank you for your patience!! Now on to the pictures:

Senior Pictures @ Monroe

I am finally getting around to blogging these handsome boys from Monroe. Since I did all 4 boys + a mini family shoot all in one day, I had a lot of images to go through and had a really hard time choosing my favorites. I finally had to make myself pick just a few from each set…
Meet best buds Cameron, Josh, & Pat:

And last by not least, meet JC:

Fall has arrived!
Posted on October 1, 2008
Today is October 1st and I’m so excited it is starting to look and feel like Fall. I LOVE Fall, but I have a hard time convincing myself it is Fall until October. I know the first official day of Fall is in September, but to me, it doesn’t start until October. I know I’m weird!
Opie was out playing in the leaves yesterday and I couldn’t resist plopping him down by the pumpkin…

Isn’t he just the cutest dog EVER?!?
I apologize that I am WAY behind on blogging actual client work. Lately all of my time has been taken up with shooting and now I have [what seems like at this point] a never-ending lineup of editing ahead of me. I have a few weddings, a few boudoir sessions, a few senior sessions, and some personal stuff to get up. I hope to get a little bit ahead before the shooting madness begins again on Saturday. We’ll see! I promise I’m working as fast as I can!
At least I have the beautiful weather to help keep me sane:) Happy Fall!

Sneak Peak ~ Senior Portraits
Posted on September 22, 2008
Just a quick bit of good news - we have power!! I came on sometime Saturday evening while we were out shooting a wedding. It is SO nice to have it back :) Now onto the real reason for this post…
A couple of weeks ago Donny and I headed up to Monroe to do four senior sessions. For those of you who are not familiar, Monroe is a small town near Middletown, Ohio and they are sports fanatics up there! Everyone in the town is so proud and supportive of the high school sports teams, which is really neat to see. Needless to say, the four boys we photographed that day are athletes and wanted most of their pictures taken on the fields and/or with their sports equipment. Here are just a few from that day (more to come when I get caught up):
