Luke ~ newborn session

I had the privilege of shooting this little man’s birth a couple weeks ago, and it was so nice to go back under less intense circumstances and photograph him again:)He was one of the most laid back babies I’ve ever photographed and that’s always a nice change for me. I think he looks like his mamma…which is not a bad thing;)Rachel was amazing as she gave birth naturally and is an even more amazing mother. To see the birth photos & read the full story CLICK HERE.

Kynlee ~ newborn session

Let me officially introduce you to my niece Kynlee Jamison born on July 2, 2011. She is seriously the most beautiful baby girl on the planet…and I’m not just saying that cuz I’m biased. She pretty much came out of the womb looking like this good. But I wouldn’t expect less with parents who look like this (this photo was taken when Jenny was 8 weeks pregnant with Kynlee).

This is just the first of I’m sure many times you’ll be seeing her:)

We are all just smitten with her and love having a baby around again…especially a girl. It will be so fun to watch her & Corbin grow up together and see what kind of trouble they get into once Kynlee gets old enough to play with him. They are only a little over 14 months apart – which seems like a huge difference now – but next Summer I’m sure they’ll be best buds:)

Jenny & Dan and baby Kynlee are doing great! She is such a good baby and is treating her mama well while she still recovers from her amazing natural birth. If you want to read more about that or see pictures, head over to our birth photography site HERE.

I love you baby girl!

Such a great shoot! And from what I can see of it – the nursery looks so clean and inviting!

Adrienne & Nick ~ married

This was a day filled with lots of joy. I’ve known Adrienne & Nick since high school, however I was the one in high school and I think they were in kindergarten or something at the time:)No seriously, though, they were in elementary school at least I think.  Let’s just say they make me feel old now:)It is so fun seeing them all grown up and an absolute pleasure to shoot their wedding.

Adrienne is absolutely gorgeous! One of the easiest brides I’ve ever shot for sure!

Guys have it so easy on their wedding day!

Their ceremony was extra special and extra emotional. Adrienne’s mom passed away this past January after she lost her battle with cancer and they played a slideshow of her before the ceremony. I don’t think there was a dry eye in the church! It just so happened that Adrienne & Nick were married on what would have been her parent’s 28th wedding anniversary. This moment between her & her dad just gets to me!

After the ceremony, we were off to the beautiful Glenwood Gardens for bridal portraits with just the two of them. It was perfect! Beautiful couple, beautiful light – we couldn’t ask for more:)

Off to party!

Thank you guys for allowing to share in your special day. We wish you all the best in your new life together:)
