I admit it…Donny and I are a little obsessed with our little Opie. I know it may digust some, but we treat him like a son – we take him almost everywhere we go and even let him sleep in our bed. He is seriously the best dog in the world and I guarantee he could turn any “non-animal” person into a dog lover. Donny says that my decision to adopt Opie was the best decision I ever made (besides of course marrying him) and I totally agree
Here’s some proof…
Our bed is one of his favorite spots. When we are not in the bedroom he will sneak in and make himself a little nest in our pillows and I think it is the cutest thing ever. He is so tiny you can barely see him in our big bed unless he peaks his head up. You can tell I woke him in this picture!
The back of the couch is his all-time favorite spot! He loves to perch there and watch the world outside. He loves it even more now that we got our new couches and they have a wider back and more room for him to lay down.
And last but not least…these pictures depict our daily routine. Whenever Donny sits down on the couch to watch TV, Opie will get on the back of the couch and give Donny a “lick attack”. For some reason he LOVES to lick Donny’s face and he just goes to town! It is SOOO funny! And of course this never gets old to Opie…he will do it 5 times a night if Donny is on the couch long enough
